2. Peppermint Oil
Another great oil that can help you treat conditions such as arthritis. It can bring pain relief and can decrease swellings. If you want to make a salve, combine 2 tbsp of coconut oil with 5 to 10 drops of peppermint oil.
3. Ginger oil
A perfect medication for people who are suffering injuries, or symptoms of arthritis. It is extracted from Zingier officinal which is an unpeeled rhizome.
The ginger oil is rich in potent phytochemicals like geraniol, borneol camphene, and geranial. For best results, simply rub it on the inflamed area.
4. Lavender oil
It is extracted from Lavandula angustifolia and it has analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties that can be helpful if you suffer from arthritis.

8. Lemongrass oil
It is extracted from the leaves of Cymbopogon citrates grass and it can be used as a therapy for arthritis. The best way to use it is to boil it in water and let the steam heal the joints.
This healing effect is active because the steam can get through under the layer of tissues and heal the affected area.

10. Birch oil

This is because it contains methyl salicylate and salicylic acid content which are perfect when coping with pain. You can mix it with lemongrass oil or carrier oil for best results.
All of these oils can be mixed, and we advise to try and mix 2 of them. Combining them can bring faster recovery to your joints, but keep in mind that if you experience skin irritation, you are doing wrong.
